CM Naveen Patnaik not only the best CM but also an Ideal MLA

Mumbai/Bhubaneswar : Becoming ChiefMinster from last 23 years in Odisha has not resist him to do develop his constituency ..He is the only CM of the country who is placed among the top 75 MLA of the country in term of commendable practices by MLA on constituency development at National Legislator Conference by MIT-SOG in 2023.
